Take Flight Foundation

The purpose of Take Flight Foundation is to expose our Veteran and youth communities to aviation. To achieve this goal, we aim to collaborate with existing non-profits and educational institutions to provide hands on exposure to aviation. This exposure will include basic instruction for Aeronautics and discovery flights with a certified pilot or flight instructor. The long-term goal of Take Flight Foundation is to provide free flight instruction to Veterans through partnerships with various flight schools. In most cases, Veteran benefits do not cover a private pilot certificate, so this organization aims to bridge that gap and help our Veterans transition into the aviation community.
